KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has unveiled the broader vision and investment potential of Malaysia Vision Valley City, its future integrated development within Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0), with MVV TechValley as a key industrial driver.

During a recent business forum held in collaboration with UOB Malaysia, the property company highlighted MVV 2.0's role as one of the country's key economic growth corridors, alongside insights on global economic trends, financing solutions and market outlook.

Additional perspective on the transformation for Negeri Sembilan under the MVV initiative was shared by Ho Chin Soon Research, reinforcing the region's growing appeal as an investment destination.

In conjunction with the forum, Matrix Concepts announced that the latest phase of semi-detached factories at MVV TechValley Biz Park has achieved more than 85 per cent take-up during its pre-launch phase, signalling strong market confidence.

The 40-unit development, priced between RM3.4 million and RM4.4 million, attracted a diverse mix of buyers from the manufacturing, logistics and technology sectors seeking strategically located industrial space within the MVV corridor.

Matrix Concepts group executive director Kelvin Lee Chin Chuan said that businesses today are looking beyond traditional industrial zones.

"They are prioritising connectivity, ecosystem support and long-term growth potential, and this is where developments like MVV TechValley come into focus," he said.

He added that MVV TechValley continues to attract strong interest due to its strategic connectivity and integration within a broader development vision.

MVV TechValley's appeal is underpinned by its strategic connectivity with direct access to the Nilai-Labu-Enstek Motorway and will benefit from future links to the North-South Motorway.

The development is also located near key logistics gateways such as Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Port Klang, making it well-suited for manufacturing, distribution and export-orientated businesses.

These advantages position the development well for businesses involved in manufacturing, distribution and export-orientated activities.

MVV TechValley is Matrix Concepts' second industrial development following the success of Sendayan TechValley, where all phases were fully taken up. Building on this track record, the development forms part of a broader industrial ecosystem supported by nearby residential communities, commercial centres and supporting infrastructure.

Beyond its industrial component, MVV TechValley sits within the larger vision of MVV City — a future-planned, integrated city where industry, business and community development coexist. The township integrates industrial zones with residential neighbourhoods, commercial hubs and lifestyle amenities, creating an environment designed to support both businesses and the workforce.

Matrix Concepts plans to roll out additional phases of factory developments within the region, including semi-detached and cluster units, to meet evolving business needs.
